Zunda Park

A design proposal for Zunda Park, a former industrial area located along the Zund canal and well connected to the Riga's historic city centre.

​Our proposal is for 1000 homes on the banks of the river Zund. Working with William Matthews Associates and CMB engineering, mid-rise villas are arranged to create pedestrian friendly green corridors, connecting the local community to the river’s edge.
